We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you ample time to check in, use the restroom, and begin unwinding before your session begins. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment.
It depends on the nature and recency of the injury. Massage can be highly beneficial for recovering from certain injuries by improving blood flow and reducing stiffness. However, for acute injuries, recent surgeries, or certain medical conditions, we require clearance from your physician. Please inform us of any injuries when booking.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
